Welcome to Esaar (India) Limited
The Company was originally incorporated on 23rd August, 1951 in the name of Esaar (India) Private Limited  at Kolkata with Registrar of Companies under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the object of Finance and Investment related activities. The  company is engaged in finance, Share Trading, Investments, business which is fast growing.
The Company was later converted into a public limited company in the year 1995 Â with the object of continuing in Fiannce and Investment.
In the year 1998 the Company made an application to Reserve Bank of India for conversion into Non Banking Finance Company and  obtain the certificate from Reserve Bank of india on 30th April, 1998.
